When I started the Weight Watchers Freestyle Program, I was surprised at just how many foods were considered zero points in the program.
This is currently The Complete List of Zero Point Foods which is 200+ foods you can utilize to stay on track and help keep your points within the recommended daily and weekly range to maintain your weight loss goals.
I've also made a free printable of this list so you can print it and put it on your fridge for quick and easy reference.
